  10. My 1960 recently died on me and I was wondering if based on the symptoms 
  11. anyone out there might be able to give me some suggestinos as to what the 
  12. problem is.  It started by screwing up the screen.  ;)  Comparable to 
  13. what would happen if you used a scan rate the monitor couldn't support.  
  14. It would display fine for awhile and then would start doing that.  If I 
  15. turned it off and back on it would be ok for a little while but then 
  16. start in again.  This went on for a few weeks.  Finally, the power 
  17. started flickering to the monitor (display and power light went on and 
  18. off repeatedly) and it then died.  Now, does this sound like the power 
  19. switch itself went or the power supply?  Those were my guesses and before 
  20. I pay to have someone diagnose it I thought I'd ask here.
